Chip ist zusammen mit Jane Nelsen der Autor von <em>Positive Discipline in the Montessori Classroom<\/em>. Als Lehrerausbilder und Schulberater hat Chip DeLorenzo mit Tausenden von Montessori-Lehrern und -Eltern zusammengearbeitet und ihnen die Prinzipien und Praktiken der Positiven Disziplin in verschiedenen Workshops und Vortr\u00e4gen vermittelt. Er ist ehemaliger Schulleiter der Damariscotta Montessori-Schule, wo er 20 Jahre lang als Schulleiter und Lehrer t\u00e4tig war. Chip ist AMS-zertifiziert f\u00fcr die fr\u00fche Kindheit, die untere und obere Grundschulstufe und hat viel mit jugendlichen Montessori-Sch\u00fclern gearbeitet. Das Hauptziel dieses Ansatzes ist es, ein soziales\/emotionales Umfeld zu schaffen, in dem Kinder das R\u00fcstzeug erhalten, um sich zu verantwortungsvollen, respektvollen und f\u00e4higen Mitgliedern ihrer Gemeinschaften und Familien zu entwickeln. Basierend auf den Bestseller-B\u00fcchern von Jane Nelsen, PhD, lehrt Positive Discipline wichtige Lebens- und Sozialkompetenzen auf eine Art und Weise, die sowohl Kindern als auch Erwachsenen gro\u00dfen Respekt entgegenbringt.  <\/p><p><em>\u201eChip und Jane haben die Essenz von Lehrern erfasst, die die Handlungsf\u00e4higkeit von Sch\u00fclern f\u00f6rdern.
