Il est le co-auteur, avec Jane Nelsen, de <em>Positive Discipline in the Montessori Classroom<\/em>. En tant que formateur d&rsquo;enseignants et consultant scolaire, Chip a travaill\u00e9 avec des milliers d&rsquo;enseignants et de parents Montessori pour enseigner les principes et les pratiques de la Discipline Positive dans le cadre de divers ateliers et conf\u00e9rences. Il est l&rsquo;ancien directeur de l \u00ab \u00e9cole Montessori de Damariscotta, o\u00f9 il a pass\u00e9 20 ans en tant que chef d \u00bb \u00e9tablissement et enseignant. Chip est titulaire des certifications AMS Early Childhood, Lower and Upper Elementary, et a beaucoup travaill\u00e9 avec des adolescents Montessori. Il est le p\u00e8re de cinq enfants Montessori et vit avec sa femme, Kathy, \u00e0 Loveland, dans l&rsquo;Ohio. nombreuses \u00e9coles Montessori \u00e0 travers les \u00c9tats-Unis en raison de sa continuit\u00e9 avec les principes Montessori de respect et d&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c74e57d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" discipline positive est fond\u00e9e sur les travaux d&rsquo;Alfred Adler et de Rudolph Dreikurs, contemporains de Maria Montessori. L&rsquo;objectif principal de cette approche est d&rsquo;aider \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement social et \u00e9motionnel dans lequel les enfants disposent des outils n\u00e9cessaires pour devenir des membres responsables, respectueux et comp\u00e9tents de leur communaut\u00e9 et de leur famille. Bas\u00e9e sur les livres \u00e0 succ\u00e8s de Jane Nelsen, PhD, la Discipline Positive enseigne d&rsquo;importantes comp\u00e9tences sociales et de vie d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re profond\u00e9ment respectueuse des enfants et des adultes.  <\/p><p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Chip et Jane ont saisi l&rsquo;essence de l&rsquo;action des enseignants en faveur de l&rsquo;autonomie des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Leur livre encadre la discipline positive d&rsquo;un point de vue montessorien et offre des exemples concrets et r\u00e9alistes en classe.
