Abbiamo discusso di come le riunioni di classe siano essenziali per sviluppare un senso di comunit\u00e0 e di appartenenza per gli studenti della tua classe. Abbiamo anche messo in evidenza la struttura e i processi coinvolti in riunioni di classe di successo.    <\/p><p>Attraverso il processo delle riunioni di classe, i bambini imparano l&#8217;empatia e a vedere le cose dal punto di vista degli altri. Si esercitano a difendere se stessi e gli altri, a risolvere i problemi, a collaborare con gli altri e a fare ammenda. <\/p><p>Le riunioni di classe comprendono Grazia e Cortesia, educazione SEL, risoluzione dei conflitti ed educazione alla pace in un unico elegante pacchetto. Quando ci affidiamo ai bambini per risolvere i loro problemi, gli studenti sono coinvolti nelle soluzioni e aiutano a ricordarsi l \u201cun l\u201d altro gli accordi condivisi della classe.
