Bij annuleringen minder dan 30 dagen voor een workshop is geen restitutie mogelijk. Betaalde deelnemers kunnen echter zonder extra kosten overstappen naar een andere workshop. Restituties zijn niet beschikbaar nadat een overboeking heeft plaatsgevonden of als inschrijvers niet van tevoren aangeven dat ze de workshop niet zullen bijwonen.
